How to attend the photo contest

❶ Follow the official Instagram account of the Shizuoka East Convention Bureau (meetingsevents_mtfujiizuarea).
❷ Post a photo with the hashtag "#pvsec35photo" and enter ① the date when the photo was taken, ② the location where it was taken (e.g., "Senbonhama"), ③ Your nationality, and ④ Your comments.

Prizes

Winners will be presented with a special souvenir at the Closing Ceremony of PVSEC-35 on Nov. 15.

Eligibility

・This contest is open to participants in PVSEC-35 conference and their relevant persons.
・By participating, you accept these Terms and Conditions and you warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. 
 

Photography regulations

・You must be the author of the photos submitted to the contest.
・Please be mindful of portrait rights and privacy by not including members of the public in photos.
・Photos taken during the PVSEC-35 event period will be judged; photos taken in the past will not be eligible.
・Photos must be taken in the area surrounding Numazu city.
 

Judging and winners notification

・The organizer will carefully review all submitted photos and select three Award-winning photos.
・All winners will be notified by a direct message of Instagram after the deadline on the 14th. The winners will be asked to attend the closing ceremony of PVSEC-35 on Nov. 15th.
・Please do not unfollow the official account until the end of PVSEC-35.
・Please note that those who have their Instagram account settings set to private will not be eligible for the screening.
 

Secondary use of photos

・Submitted photos will be used to promote the eastern region of Shizuoka Prefecture, including on the organizer's website, official social media, publications, and exhibition at events etc..
・The organizer will not contact applicants individually regarding secondary use of photos, so please only apply if you agree to secondary use.
 

Privacy policy

・The collection, use, and management of personal information in this contest will be managed appropriately in accordance with the Shizuoka Prefecture Personal Information Protection Ordinance. Furthermore, personal information will not be used for any purpose other than those set forth in these terms and conditions.
